Blah Blah BLAH.

We’re supposed to be working today, but apparently we didn’t get the job, even though it was my cousin’s recommendation.
We were supposed to go out on Friday but it was raining heavily and I was lazy because of the rain.
I and Saleem desperately need a job while Pepek already has one.
Everyone in my family has somewhere to go to today, but not me.
Argh.
I just finished applying for jobs in jobscentral.sg A total of 15 jobs which I’m dead sure none will wanna hire me. Haiz..
Gonna watch dgray-man now.
Argh.
Unnecessary Pressure
Today, I woke up to the screaming of my mother, asking me to wake up. Hahax. Bathed and went out with her to open a Bank Account. WOW. Pressure sia. Signature, Password, etc. hahahax. The person who was helping us open the account accidentally typed my name as ‘Mohd Hairuddin’ instead of ‘Muhd Hairuddin’. She asked if it was ok. My mom said it was ok but I insisted on a change. I still have no idea why. So I went searching for it in the internet. This was what I got.
Muslims strongly dislike the word Mohammedanism and insist on Islam. They feel that Mohammedanism implies some Divine aspect to Muhammad (PBUH) himself. They revere Muhammad as a glorious Prophet but insist on making clear that he is not a god and does not deserve to have their religion named for him. They feel that Islam is the only correct name. Early Western and Christian authors tended to use the term Mohammedanism. Western authors also tended [and some still tend] to use the term Moslem rather than Muslim for the believers.
I don’t quite understand. So ‘Mohammedanism’ is the name of our religion given by the Christian Authors. The name was based on Nabi Mohammed(s.a.w). So the correct form of Muhammad is Mohammed? I’m confused. OUH. Christian Authors used to name Islam as Mohammedanism based on our last Prophet, Nabi Mohammed(s.a.w).
I DON’T CARE. Just stick to Muhammad la. hahahax.
Anyways, after that, we went to Sengkang to settle something bout my bro’s pants and accompanying my aunt to collect her child’s school uniform. hahahax. Now I’m back at home.
My lil sis has gone to watch some Movie and my bro is somewhere at Suntec City regarding his part-time work. WOO HOO!
DGRAY-MAN!!
Mr. Fantastic Fox

Yesterday was a semi-interesting and the-rest-of-it boring day. hahahax.
Leroy bailed on me, saying that he can’t go cause the nearest Shaw Theater at Bugis cause it didn’t feature the movie that he wanted to catch, ‘The Informant’. So, I asked close to a dozen people if they wanted to accompany me. Most didn’t reply. Some said no. Pathetic huh? hahax. At last, I asked my cousin. Last resort. It was a sure ‘yes’ cause he doesn’t go out much. I mean, he doesn’t really have plans and all since it’s during the Exam period for ITE. hahax.
It was pretty boring to and fro, and during the movie. hahax I forgot to bring along my Mp4 so I was dead bored. We arrived at 2pm and the movie was showing at 5.15pm. WTF. We walked around. Went to eat at Burger King and went to the National Library to pay my Fines. hahahahahahax. Walked around Bugis Junction & Bugis Street.
If fashion is a society, then I’m an outcast.’
We finally settled down at the Shaw Theater and waited for around 40mins. LOL. Bought Nachos and went in. Was a pretty interesting movie. It was based on a book written by Roald Dahl. I think the book would have been better, even though I hadn’t read it. LOL that shows how boring the movie was.

The following tips will help you make the most of your opportunity.
- Wear appropriate clothing — nothing outrageous or controversial. Also avoid heavy perfume or cologne and flashy jewelry. Never should casual slacks, jeans or denim skirts be worn to an interview.
- Verify the time and place of the interview so that you can arrive ten to fifteen minutes early. Being a little early gives you time to fill out any paperwork required and allows you time to compose yourself.
- Remember (and use) the interviewer’s name.
- Wait until your interviewer sits down or offers you a seat before sitting. If you shake hands, give a firm grip, but don’t overdo it.
- Maintain appropriate eye contact. Don’t gaze around the room. Also, don’t stare continuously.
- Don’t smoke, even if a cigarette is offered. Do not chew gum or candy. Do not bring a cell phone into the interview.
- If asked to complete an application, do so neatly and thoroughly, regardless of how many applications you have filled out previously, this is the only one you have completed for this employer.
- Communicate a genuine interest in the employer’s operations and alert attention when the interviewer speaks.
- Be prepared to take control of the interview if the interviewer consistently fails to focus on topics that relate to your skills, talents, abilities and achievements.
- Control anxiety. It is normal to be a little nervous, but you certainly don’t want to physically shake or have your voice quiver! The more interviewing you do, the less of a problem this will be. No interview is wasted time. Learn from your mistakes. Critique and polish your presentation after every interview.
- Be enthusiastic – sell the employer on your ability. Remember, the job he/she is talking about is important to him/her and he/she wants someone who is genuinely interested in his/her company and his/her job opening, not someone just shopping around. Ask questions which indicate an understanding about which the employer is concerned, and which highlight exactly how hiring you will bring related benefits to the company.
- Keep in mind that communication is not limited to the verbal arena. Nonverbal communication (body language) has a major impact on the process. Face your interviewer. Smile. Keep your posture open. Don’t cross your arms over your body.
- Never attack or criticize your former employer. State reasons for leaving calmly, briefly and truthfully. Even if the relationship was not a good one, emphasize the positive and what you learned.
- If asked to cite a weakness, choose one that is a “hidden strength.” For example: “I have been told that I sometimes work too hard and don’t give myself enough time to rest and recharge.” Never say anything that can really hurt your chances, such as: “I hate paperwork!”
- Customize your statements about accomplishments so that they correlate with the position you are seeking.
- Avoid naming specific positions if asked where you see yourself going within the company. Instead, focus on the level of responsibility and the areas you would like to help develop within the company.
- Let the employer bring up the salary, fringe benefits and vacation. Initially an employer has little interest in your needs. His/Her primary interest is determining what you can do and how much you will be worth to him/her. Leave these issues for the negotiation phase, when you have been offered the position.
- If you want the job, do not hesitate to say that you are highly interested in the position. In doing this, you will compliment the employer, the company, and you may have just made the decision that much easier.
- Determine whether the employer is to call you or if you are to call him/her. If you are not certain, ask “May I call you (state when) for your decision?”
- Whether or not the interview has been successful, always thank the interviewer for his/her time and courtesy.
- Follow up with a thank you letter. This is very important! There are instances where individuals have gotten the job simply because they were the only ones to do so.
- Leave something that will reinforce your image in the interviewer’s mind. This may include a piece of your work, a list of references, a portfolio, or a letter of recommendation.
This is for tomorrow’s job interview. LOL. I still have no idea what the job is about. I don’t think we’ll get it though. But no harm trying right? I mean, I would love the experience. hahahax. uhm.. .. ..
The Informant
I’m going to use all my time tomorrow to continue watching dgray-man. hahahax. I’m totally addicted. I want Lenalee’s Dark Boots & Allen’s eyes. And Marshall Tiedoll’s innocence is quite interesting too. Marshall Cross actually uses a Dead Exorcist’s innocence so that’s kinda interesting.
ANYWAYS, I’ve decide to write tomorrows’ post today. I mean, I’ll type it today (28th Nov.) and will publish it tomorrow (29th Nov.)
Anyways.. hahax Since I’m gonna catch this movie, might as well know what it’s all about.

Some Coarse Language
Based on the book by Kurt Eichenwald. What was Mark Whitacre thinking? A rising star at agri-industry giant Archer Daniels Midland (ADM), Whitacre suddenly turns whistleblower. Even as he exposes his company’s multi-national price-fixing conspiracy to the FBI, Whitacre envisions himself being hailed as a hero of the common man and handed a promotion. But before all that can happen, the FBI needs evidence, so Whitacre eagerly agrees to wear a wire and carry a hidden tape recorder in his briefcase, imagining himself as a kind of de facto secret agent. Unfortunately for the FBI, their lead witness hasn’t been quite so forthcoming about helping himself to the corporate coffers. Whitacre’s ever-changing account frustrates the agents and threatens the case against ADM as it becomes almost impossible to decipher what is real and what is the product of Whitacre’s rambling imagination. Based on the true story of the highest-ranking corporate whistleblower in U.S. history.
hahahax They caught me at NC16. Definitely wanna watch it. hahax. I have no idea on how Leroy is going to use this ticket. I mean, is there a special allotted timing or something. Since I am typing this today (28th Nov.), means by the time people read this, I would have already asked him. HAHAHAX This is funny, in a twisted way. LOL.
Btw, where’s my Innocence? (omg that sounded wrong). hahahax.

I didn’t watch dgray-man as planned. Ok, just one or two episodes. Cause Mom & Dad managed to fix my PSP at Malaysia so I asked Leroy to help me in downloading some Pokemon games. Not going smoothly cause it’s a total ‘Game cannot be played’ kinda thing. Thank God I have Avatar. hahahax. Ok, gonna watch DGRAY-MAN. In the meantime, I’m gonna search for movie time slots for tomorrow. hahahahax
Au revoir
